Delta Shuman
My professional path began in coaching, where I worked closely with high-performing individuals and entrepreneurs and developed a strong understanding of the patterns that often accompany success—drive, resilience, and, at times, unresolved relational dynamics.
Over time, I recognized that deeper, lasting change requires more than coaching alone. This led me to pursue advanced clinical training in counseling psychology, allowing me to work at the level where meaningful transformation occurs.
Today, I help individuals and couples create more grounded, connected, and intentional lives. I value this work deeply and consider it a privilege to support clients in this process.
Away from the office, I enjoy immersive travel, my dog Honey, cooking and the outdoors.

These experiences often leave lasting imprints on trust, identity, and one’s sense of stability.I approach this work with the understanding that recovery is not only possible, but can lead to a more grounded, discerning, and internally aligned way of living. Therapy provides a space to process these experiences at depth, restore clarity, and rebuild trust—both in oneself and in relationships.Our work is collaborative and intentional. I meet you where you are, while also providing structure, direction, and a clear path forward—supporting meaningful, lasting change.
